We spent years underwriting, closing, and managing CRE loans at firms including Starwood, Morgan Stanley, Argentic, and Guggenheim. A passion for improving technology in CRE inspired us to launch and lead Nativ, a portfolio management platform for CRE lenders. After rapid growth and success with over 30 lenders, Nativ was acquired by Built, a leader in CRE technology, where we took its lender business to new heights. Carbon is the culmination of that journey, arriving at the moment AI can finally carry the work.
